Caren Williams 

Ms. Williams offers 30+ years of project management and field experience in the production of construction documents for civil site and land development projects as well as construction management and on-site project construction observation. Her excellent communication skills and effective problem solving has proven to be a valuable asset during the construction administration and observation phase. Ms. Williams has provided on-site RPR and construction observation services on numerous projects at DAL over the past several years. She and the staff of the Williams CM Group understand the operations of the airfield, the correct communication procedures, safety protocol and procedures, and airfield infrastructure and systems. Ms. Williams and the Williams CM Group Staff is fully conversant and knowledge of FAA current advisory circulars standards, policies, regulations, and requirements and protocols for construction projects on a fully operational airport.

Mr. Williams offers 25 + years of sales, marketing, business development and human resources experience to the WCMG team. He is the firms strategic marketing and business development executive. For the past six years before joining WCMG, Mr. Williams was instrumental in building relationships and strategic teaming partnerships. His core areas of focus were in Project Management & Business Development and, Marketing and Communications with a well-established firm that has been in the industry for greater than 20 years. His analytical problem-solving ability helps to drive strategic marketing for the organization to focus on multiple projects and expand our footprint in the marketplace. He has over 20 years of management and leadership expertise stemming from his military and business careers . His experience spans a plethora of industries from marketing, technology, and business to customer relationships including training and development and finance. Mr. Williams has an Executive MBA and a wealth of knowledge in business and company structure and business modeling. His highly developed interpersonal communication and business management skills, coupled with his ability to work in start-up environments and build successful teams and departments have set him apart from his counterparts,  Mr. Williams has a solid track record of developing strategic partnerships with businesses.

Mr. Will offers 10+ years of project management and field experience in construction for civil site and land development projects and utility infrastructure, as well as construction management and on-site project construction observation. He has excellent communication skills and effective problem solving has proven to be a valuable asset during the construction administration and observation phase. Mr Will is also well versed in technology applications for construction including BIM, AutoCad, Primavera P6, and Accubid.  Mr. Will has provided on-site RPR and construction observation services on numerous projects at DAL over the past several years as well Fort Worth Alliance Airport.  Mr. Will understand the operations of the airfield, the correct communication procedures, safety protocol and procedures, and airfield infrastructure and systems. Mr. Will is fully conversant and knowledge of FAA current advisory circulars standards, policies, regulations, and requirements and protocols for construction projects on a fully operational airport.

   

Damon Caouette - Sr. Project Manager / Sr. Inspector

Damon Caouette

Mr. Caouette offers 10+ years of project management and field experience in construction for civil site and land development projects and utility infrastructure, as well as construction management and on-site project construction observation. He has excellent communication skills and effective problem solving has proven to be a valuable asset during the construction administration and observation phase. Mr. Caouette is also a Master Electrician – TDLR-ME 411867, a certified Medium Voltage Splicer and Certified CIC Crane Operator, TB<21 and Oncor grid-tied photovoltaic system design & installation certification.  Mr. Caouette has provided on-site RPR and construction observation services on numerous projects at DAL over the past several years as well Fort Worth Alliance Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and several other regional and municipal airport. Mr. Caouette understand the operations of the airfield, the correct communication procedures, safety protocol and procedures, and airfield infrastructure and systems. Mr. Caouette is fully conversant and knowledge of FAA current advisory circulars standards, policies, regulations, and requirements and protocols for construction projects on a fully operational airport.

   

Duane Vandergriff - Inspector / Civil, Materials Testing

Mr. Vandergriff offers 20+ years of project management and field experience in construction for the civil site, and utility infrastructure and land development projects related to Geo-Technical & Materials Testing and Quality Assurance/Quality Control, as well as construction management and on-site project construction observation. He has excellent communication skills, and effective problem solving has proven to be a valuable asset during the construction administration and observation phase.  Mr. Vandergriff is also well versed in ACI Field Testing Technician- grade 1 (exp. 7/23/21), ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician (exp. 6/18/21), APNGA Portable Nuclear Gauge Safety & U.S. Dot Hazmat (exp. 11/5/18), ACI Concrete Technologies, Troxler Nuclear Density Gauge.   Mr. Vandergriff has provided on-site RPR and construction observation services on numerous projects at DAL over the past several years as well  Fort Worth Alliance Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.  Mr. Vandergriff understands the operations of the airfield, the correct communication procedures, safety protocol and procedures, and airfield infrastructure and systems. Mr. Vandergriff is fully conversant and knowledge of FAA current advisory circulars standards, policies, regulations, and requirements and protocols for construction projects on a fully operational airport. During Mr. Vandergriff's career in the Oil & Gas field he also gained extensive experience in environmental sampling and remediation, underground storage tanks, and progressive sites from hydrocarbon flume investigators, medical waste, super fund environmental assessment projects, and nuclear waste and disposal.

Her wealth of knowledge of the airfield and the day to day operations aspects is an additional benefit during movement and and or access portals.   Ms. Acy understand the operations of the airfield, the correct communication procedures, safety protocol and procedures, and airfield infrastructure and systems. Ms. Acy is fully conversant and knowledge of FAA current advisory circulars standards, policies, regulations, and requirements and protocols for construction projects on a fully operational airport.
